About Me
I am a professionally trained and qualified psychotherapeutic counsellor, coach and clinical supervisor, providing support on an individual basis in central Ipswich. I have years of experience gained through private practice, GP surgeries and charities. My aim is to provide a secure and confidential environment in which people can have the time and space to safely explore thoughts, feelings and behaviours. My hope is this time, space and support may enable people to explore the problems in their life and find positive ways forward.
